Itinerary
Suggested Itinerary
Day 01: Interlaken
On arrival in Switzerland at either Zurich or Geneva airport, you transfer directly by train to Interlaken- a Mecca for visitors with its spectacular scenery. Day at leisure to explore Interlaken's Hoheweg - an inviting 700 meter long boulevard with hotels, cosy cafes, fashion boutiques, watch and jewellery stores. As dusk draws near, admire the mountains by taking an optional dinner cruise on Lake Brienz (from May to August only). Overnight in Interlaken.
Day 02: Interlaken – Jungfraujoch
Depart on an excursion from Interlaken to Jungfraujoch- Top of Europe. This memorable train trip from Interlaken Ost takes you via Lauterbrunnen and Wengen to the Kleine Scheidegg, at the foot of the famous Eiger North Wall. Then ascend by the Jungfrau Railway to the magnificent mountain world of eternal ice and snow, Jungfraujoch-at 3454mts, the highest railway station in Europe. Visit the Ice Palace and Sphinx Terraces offering breathtaking views of the Aletsch Glacier, the longest glacier in the Alps. Overnight in Interlaken.
Day 03: Zermatt
Travel through the wonderful Bernese Oberland and the Lotschberg to Brig and then further to Zermatt. Zermatt, at the foot of the majestic Matterhorn, is a world without cars. Electric-cars and horse-drawn sleighs and carriages are the only transport allowed. It's the perfect Alpine resort for rest and relaxation. Overnight in Zermatt.
Day 04: Chur
After breakfast, travel on the world famous Glacier Express train to Chur. (In Winter-time the Glacier Express has only 1st class coaches). Optional midday meal in the dining car (if required please advise when booking). Overnight in Chur.
Day 05: Lucerne
Today you depart to the city of lights- Lucerne. Day at leisure to explore the lovely city or visit the Swiss Transport Museum, IMAX Theatre or the Lion Monument. Overnight in Lucerne.
Day 06: Lucerne- Mt. Titlis
A memorable experience awaits you as you depart on an excursion to the glacier paradise of Mount Titlis. Ascend in the world's first revolving gondola ROTAIR, ride the spectacular ice flyer chairlift and see the ice grotto. Overnight in Lucerne.
Day 07: End of Tour
Depart to a Swiss border or airport or continue your stay in Switzerland on your own.

Located just 10 kilometers from the Italian border.Zermatt is renowned as one of the best ski resorts in the Alps and is the favoured place to ski by many skiers who come here from all over the world. The village is surrounded by 3 major ski areas, with the world`s second biggest lift-served vertical drop and skiing 364 days a year. You can even ski Zermatt during the summer months on the glacier.

Rates and Dates
Booking Condition
- A non - refundable deposit of 25% of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
- Photocopies of the passport
Cancellation Policy
- Prior to 30 days or more: Non – refundable deposit (25%of the total package)
- Between 29 - 20 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 25% of the Holiday Cost
- Between 19 - 14 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 50% of the Holiday Cost
- Between 13 - 08 days of departure: Non – refundable deposit + 75% of the Holiday Cost
- Prior to 7 days of the departure: 100% of the Holiday Cost
Note: If the entire tour is cancelled after ticket issuance then there would be 100% cancellation for airfare (base fare). Only taxes will be returned and for land 75% cancellation.
Terms & Conditions
- Standard check in time & check out time is 1400hrs and 1200hrs respectively unless specified otherwise. Requests for early check in or late check out is subject to availability in hotel. Request for guaranteed early check in requires room to be reserved from the night prior to guest’s arrival which will be charged accordingly over and above the agreed rates.
- Breakfast served in hotel would be on international menu clubbed with some Indian dishes.
- Colorful Vacations Pvt. Ltd. will process visa application for the group and will require the specified list of supporting documents for the same as per embassy regulations. However, Embassy reserves the right to grant the visa as Colorful Vacations Pvt. Ltd. will only act as a facilitator.
- Final day wise itinerary can only be modified by Colorful Vacations Pvt. Ltd. to accommodate all cost inclusions and commitments by Colorful Vacations Pvt. Ltd. in best possible way.
- It is advisable to carry at least USD 500 (or any applicable equivalent currency) per person for personal usage during the package depending on the cost inclusions. Immigration authorities might demand to show minimum USD 500 at the time of immigration from Indian nationals.
- Price quoted by Colorful Vacations Pvt. Ltd. is based on current rate of exchange, and reserves the right to amend these prices in case of any currency fluctuations and changes in various rates of exchange.
